Emma Paakkunainen "Squeaks" 2008-2023

Emma passed away peacefully on Feb 20th 2023 at Nipigon General Hospital with her family at her side.
Emma was born in Thunder Bay, On and grew up in Nipigon, ON. She attended George O' Neill Public School and Nip-Rock High School where she met many friends and fostered a love for dancing, singing and art. Emma participated in school sports whenever she could and did as much as she could despite having asthma. Emma radiated love and positivity and loved to make everyone laugh. Emma made friends everywhere she went.

Emma is survived by her grandparents Jocelyn, Betty (Les) and Papa John Sr, her parents Marianne (Chris), John Jr (Carolyn),her siblings Hillary, Cody, Angelina and Chaz. Her Uncle Kelly and Auntie Amanda, also many more family members. Emma was loved by many and will be missed dearly by all she knew near and far.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Nipigon Hospital and the paramedics for all they did for our squeaks'
Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
