Not all funeral homes are the same.
For family-owned funeral homes like ours, service is our way of life. Since 1880, four generations representing more than a dozen Gardiner family members, have dedicated their lives to the care and service of families during their most difficult times - and generations of families have entrusted their loved one to our care.
For nearly 100 years, Everest Funeral Chapel has been part of the Lakehead community - owned and managed by my late father and I for 45 years, since early 1979.

We are pleased to provide the "Book of Memories" to you and the families we are honoured to serve.
For many services since early 2011, you will also be able to view the funeral or vigil prayers via our webcasting service in our Book of Memories.
If you are unable to visit the funeral home, or if there is not a service planned, you can still be with the family in thought by signing the online guest book. Using the online condolences, you can also share special thoughts, messages, photos, and your memorable recollections about the deceased. You can also place a memorial donation, from the convenience of your home or office computer.
